Red palms in pregnancy

Ah, estrogen. It’s the reason you may have red palms (aka palmar erythema). In fact, the soles of your feet may be red too. Palmar erythema affects about 30 percent of pregnant women and is caused by increased body temperature and blood flow. Other than the fact it looks a little weird and may itch a bit, it’s not harmful and doesn’t last post delivery.

Solution

Unfortunately, this is one of those pregnancy side affects you pretty much have to put up with until your baby arrives.
