We recently discovered the inspiring mom behind the Gillie Beans Fund and wanted to share her story with you. After her daughter Gillian died last June, her mother Janette decided to raise money to research the rare childhood cancer (Rhabdomyosarcoma) that had claimed her daughter at the age of eight. Her goal? To improve the quality of life for other kids with cancer – and hopefully some day find a cure.
